This blog is really a meta blog about how to find topics to blog. Hands down my favorite thing to do is get up on google reader. My writing is typically a reaction to something I have seen and occasionally I get into scuffles on twitter. The best way to find topics is by finding what you really care about. If you don’t really care about what you are reading then why oh why should ANYBODY read it? This is why the business of blogging has corrupted what people perceive as a blog. To me an ideal blog topic is one that is interesting enough to write about, but casual enough to not warrant a full article or document.
