CEO Anne Ahola Ward to speak at Futurist Blockchain Conference 2019
Canada’s largest blockchain event, the Blockchain Futurist Conference in Toronto, Ontario, is back for its second year on August 13-14, 2019 – and CircleClick Media’s own CEO, Anne Ahola Ward, will be appearing on a panel to discuss the future of blockchain technology.
If you’re wondering how Anne can juggle running TWO companies at once, take a deep breathe and ask yourself, “would I ask Elon or Jack this question?” Didn’t think so.
Anne’s longtime participation in the industry and position as CEO of woman-owned Veritoken Global informs her unique insight into the world of blockchain, and she’ll be sharing her perspective alongside some illustrious names. Moderated by Adrienne Batra, editor-in-chief of the Toronto Sun, the panel will also feature speakers Alex Tapscott, co-founder of Blockchain Research Institute; Alex Mashinsky, CEO & founder of Celsius Network; and Michael Terpin, founder of Transform Group & BitAngles. Geekiness will likely ensue!
The panel will be held on Wednesday, August 14th from 4:25pm – 5:00pm, on the Coinsquare Stage. As the final panel discussion of the event, it promises to be a fitting look at what lies ahead for blockchain, followed by a few more presentations in the same vein: a fireside chat about the next 25 years of bitcoin mining and a keynote on the future of governance.
Other notable topics throughout the two-day event include sustainable financing, the future of privacy, tokenized real estate investing, and the status of security tokens. We’re especially looking forward to the keynote speech by Ethereum inventor Vitalik Buterin.
With over 2,300 attendees from around the world, the Blockchain Futurist Conference represents an amazing opportunity to engage with thought leaders and explore the emerging tech that will disrupt and transform our future. For more information about the event, check out the website here.
