July 28, 2009 – San Francisco, CA – Two leaders of SEO and lead generation, MG Petersen and Ward Consulting, announced a merger today to be acquired by CircleClick Media LLC. This transaction will combine two web pioneering organizations into a single company which will focus on lead generation engineered sites for small and medium sized businesses all over the country.
